My Experience
With a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’m Amy Roberts, a dedicated professional specializing in acupuncture and bodywork for pain, injuries, and orthopedic conditions. I also specialize in hypertrophy training and exercise execution, helping both men and women build muscle and gain confidence. My philosophy centers on creating a harmonious balance between your fitness aspirations and overall lifestyle.
I’ve been where you are. The gym once intimidated me—I felt dissatisfied with my body and unsure of where to start. My eating habits were poor, and my lifestyle didn’t align with the vision I had for myself. It took years of consistency and dedication to transform my habits and achieve my goals. This journey taught me the importance of patience and perseverance. If nothing changes, nothing changes.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, believing that fitness goes beyond just working out. It includes proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care. All personal training options require a three-month commitment, and pricing may vary for in-home training based on your location. Train with me at The Gym*, where I’ll create personalized workouts tailored to your unique goals. Sessions include custom programming, expert form correction, exercise execution tips, and ongoing education to maximize your results.

Acu/Bodywork
Experience personalized in-home acupuncture and bodywork, designed to address your specific needs. I combine acupuncture with techniques such as cupping, gua sha, deep tissue massage, and fascia release to help manage pain, reduce stress, improve mobility, and support recovery. Each session is tailored to enhance your overall well-being, all in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
